COVID-19 Relief

Covid 19 badly affected people’s lives, especially those who had little to fall back upon. With the help and support of our generous donors we were able to provide free rations, masks, sanitisers and medicines to more than 10000 people. A case of Vatva, Serkhei and Dholka is worth mentioning here. They are the rural areas near Ahmedabad where people are mostly daily wager migrants. Needles to say that they live in deplorable living conditions. Of the 5000 families living in Vatva alone, 2000 families were in dire need of food supplies during the peak of the pandemic. Sambodh came forward and supported them in all possible ways. We are still supporting them by providing free rations, organizing health camps and vaccine awareness drives. We also make sure that they get our support in skill development and finding employment.
